Experience: 2-3 years/3+ years

Qualification: MCA, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, B.Sc in Computers

Requirements:

• Good Experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Experience must be in any ERP product (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, ZOHO).
• Should be involved in the entire project/product delivery cycle.
• Should have good knowledge of IT languages and frameworks like PHP, WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Laravel, Odoo etc. architecture & should be able to provide feedback on the same when needed.
• Coordination with the delivery team to deliver the project on or before the estimated deadline.
• Proactively identifies when projects and/or programs are tracking off schedule, over or under budget thresholds and out of compliance with requirements & it escalates to the Project Manager.
• Makes process improvement recommendations to management, drives consistency and improves reporting.
• Experienced in Preparing Large scale FRS, BRD, Wireframe, proposal documents and other estimation documents will be an added advantage.
  Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines.

Skills required:

• Excellent Oral and Writing English skills including presentation skills and client-serving skills.
• Ability to Manage Client calls, and communicate Independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodology.
• Jira Knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Must be a good team player, good learner, and self-starter Proactive and quick executor.
