Role:

A Business Development professional is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with clients to increase revenue and growth for the company. The role involves market research, lead generation, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and building partnerships. He/she must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and must have a strong understanding of the IT industry and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the right prospects.
  • Lead Generation experience in the Domestic/International market is a must – Mandatory
  • Requirement. Establishing new business.
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals, getting agreements.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Create product Scope & Project Proposal documents.
  • Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from Approaching Leads,Scheduling Interviews, Creating Proposals, negotiations and closings.
  • Requirements Gathering and understanding Nurturing clients from scratch to maturity.
  • Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from Approaching Leads,Scheduling Interviews, Creating Proposals, negotiations and closings.
  • Demonstrating Company’s ERP software/ App.
  • Negotiating and closing the deals.
  • Efficient use of Social Media and business portals to Retain, Engage & Find new prospects.
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Lead Generation Skills (B2B and International Market -IT market).
  • Excellent Business Development /Sales skills .
  • Excellent English Communications Written and verbal both.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Strong communication skills including both verbal and written.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
