Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Create compelling and targeted content for websites, blogs, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and optimal user experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and target audiences.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
- Experience managing social media platforms and executing social media campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
